1. Chất vải cotton 100%
Đây là loại vải tốt nhất trong các loại vải thông dụng dùng để may áo phông đồng phục. Nhưng do được làm hoàn toàn từ các sợi bông tự nhiên nên giá thành cao hơn so với các loại vải thông thường.
Vải cotton 100% nhìn bề ngoài sẽ có cảm giác khô, cứng chứ không mềm mại như các loại vải khác cho nên nó thường được dùng để may đồng phục cho nam giới nhiều hơn là nữ.
Và để khắc phục nhược điểm này, các nhà sản xuất đã sử dụng sợi Spandex để pha thêm vào thành phần của cotton nhằm tạo ra những sợi vải mềm mại hơn. Tuy nhiên những ưu điểm tuyệt vời của vải cotton 100% như đem lại cảm giác thoải mái, độ bền cao và giặt nhanh khô chắc chắn sẽ không khiến bạn thất vọng.

2. Chất liệu vải cotton 65/35
Loại vải cotton 65/35 có giá thành thấp hơn vải cotton 100% do có pha sợi nylon. Loại vải này thường được các xưởng may áo phông đồng phục uy tín sử dụng vì giá thành hợp lý mà lại còn bền, tạo cảm giác thoải mái khi mặc.
Áo phông đồng phục công sở vải cotton 65/35 rất dễ nhận biết bằng mắt thường vì nhìn bề ngoài thường rất bóng mượt. Vải thoáng, co giãn tốt, mình vải có cảm giác mềm.
Tuy có hơi nóng, không hút ẩm tốt như cotton 100% nhưng nó vẫn đứng đầu trong danh sách các loại vải tốt nhất để may áo phông đồng phục.
Giá thành luôn tương đương với chất lượng, người tiêu dùng khi sử dụng loại vải này cần nắm được những ưu nhược điểm của nó để phát huy những ưu điểm, hạn chế những nhược điểm của nó trong các loại vải thông dụng dùng để may áo phông đồng phục.

3. Vải thun lạnh
Áo phông đồng phục công sở vải thun lạnh trên thị trường đều dệt từ sợi tổng hợp. Loại vải này mịn, trơn và láng bóng, khi sờ tay vào sẽ có cảm giác mát lạnh và mượt mà vô cùng.
Vải thun lạnh rất bền trong nước cũng như kháng vi khuẩn một cách tuyệt đối. Có khả năng thoát hơi ẩm cao, giặt nhanh khô và tạo cảm giác thoáng mát cho người mặc. Loại vải này thường dùng để may đồng phục thể thao.
4. Vải thun cá sấu
Vải thun cá sấu được sản xuất từ thương hiệu nổi tiếng Lacoste Crocodile có hình con cá sấu. Loại vải thun này có mắt vải khá to, mình vải cứng, khỏe khoắn và tạo được form chuẩn khi may áo.
Loại vải này rất thích hợp để may áo phông đồng phục có cổ, cổ trụ, được người tiêu dùng yêu thích vì độ bền bỉ cũng như hình thức đẹp đẽ mang lại vẻ trẻ trung, lịch sự cho người mặc.
