Vải thun có 2 thành phần chính là sợi PE và sợi cotton. Bạn nên chọn vải có hàm lượng sợi cotton cao vì chúng có khả năng thấm hút mồ hôi, mang tới cảm giác thông thoáng, dễ chịu cho người sử dụng suốt cả ngày. Tuy nhiên, loại này thường có giá thành cao hơn.
Loại vải có tỷ lệ PE càng cao thì khả năng thấm hút mồ hôi càng kém. Mặc trong thời gian dài sẽ khiến người mặc cảm giác khó chịu, bức bối. Tuy nhiên ưu điểm của chúng là bền, giữ tốt phom dáng sau nhiều năm sử dụng.
